BIANCHI, PETER J.
Peter Joseph Bianchi, 82, of
Annandale, VA, passed peacefully to his
heavenly home on Monday, February 4,
2008, to join his beloved wife, Mary
Ruth Bianchi, who was formerly of King
George County, VA. She predeceased him
on March 6, 2003.
He was the son of Donato and Giannina Bianchi of
Washington, DC.
He was the loving father
of Lenny and his wife, Karen, Ronny and
his wife, Debra, and Debbie Bianchi;
loving grandfather of Erika Bianchi
Hawkins and her husband, Jason, and
Rebecca Bianchi Gregory and her husband,
Shawn; and loving great-grandfather to
Olivia and Will Gregory and Charlotte
Hawkins. He also is survived by many
loving nieces and nephews. He was a
World War II U.S. Army veteran and
successful restaurateur in Washington,
DC.
He was a member of and served his
community through St. Michael Catholic
Church and the Lions Club, both in
Annandale, VA, for more than 50 years.
A
memorial Mass will be celebrated at
10:30 a.m., Friday, February 8 at St.
Anthony Catholic Church in King George,
VA, with burial in Shiloh Baptist Church
cemetery in King George. Memorial
contributions may be made in his name to
the American Cancer Society or to the
